Shipping policy

Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days from the time your order is placed. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery:
Shipping in the US is free, however costs shipping to Canada are calculated at checkout based on your location. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination.

Lost Packages:
If your package is marked as "delivered" but you haven't received it, please check with your neighbors or contact your local postal service for more details. If you're still unable to locate your package, reach out to us at skincandynaturals@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery confirmation. We’re happy to assist in filing a claim with the carrier. However, please note that Skin Candy Naturals is not liable for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed.

Incorrect Shipping Information:
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all shipping information is correct at checkout. If you realize there is an error in the shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at skincandynaturals@gmail.com. We can update the address if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Unfortunately, we cannot be held liable for any errors in shipping information provided, and we are unable to redirect packages once they have been shipped.
